A prominent Awka South APGA
stalwart, High Chief Azubuike Austin Ekweozor (Ide Umuawulu), has reaffirmed
his commitment to mobilizing 100 percent of votes for Governor Charles Soludo
in the upcoming Anambra gubernatorial election on November 8. This pledge
underscores his unwavering support for Soludo's administration, which is
dedicated to delivering sustainable governance to the people of Anambra.
Chief Ekweozor, the founder of
the Ide Global Movement (IGM), made this declaration during a strategic APGA
ward meeting held last weekend in Mbaukwu. The event saw strong attendance from
key government officials, including Awka South Local Government Mayor, Prince
Chinedu Okafor; principal staff of the Awka South Council Area; and other
influential stakeholders from the Mbaukwu community.
During his address, Chief
Ekweozor commended the ward executives for their efforts in organizing the
meeting and emphasized the importance of supporting Soludo's transformative
leadership, which he described as a beacon of hope for the people of Anambra.
He praised Governor Soludo for championing accountability, transparency, and effective management of state resources. Chief Ekweozor noted that Anambra is fortunate to have such a forward-thinking leader whose decisions are shaping a brighter future for the state. He highlighted Soludo's initiatives as pivotal to repositioning Anambra as a model of effective governance in Nigeria, pointing to several remarkable, life-transforming projects initiated during the governor's tenure
Chief Ekweozor reaffirmed his belief that Soludo's purpose-driven leadership is humanizing politics and paving the way for a lasting legacy of progress. He encouraged Anambra citizens to join Soludo on his journey of positive transformation toward a livable, secure, and prosperous homeland.
Mayor Okafor also expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Mbaukwu ward for their hospitality and commended Governor Soludo for his impactful governance. He noted that Soludo's visionary leadership has made significant contributions to various sectors across all 21 local government areas in the state, including health, education, infrastructure, and empowerment. Mayor Okafor emphasized the importance of re-electing the hardworking governor to ensure the completion of his ambitious projects.

Ezeiloh, the APGA Chairman of Mbaukwu Ward, welcomed Chief Ekweozor and Mayor
Okafor, expressing appreciation for their unwavering support. He pledged to
collaborate with the entire party ward executives and members to secure 100
percent of votes for Soludo in the upcoming election, highlighting the
government's focus on prioritizing the welfare of Ndi Anambra as key to
sustaining grassroots governance.
