The Presiding Pastor, Living
Faith Church, (Winners Chapel), Mbaukwu, Pastor Emeka Ezenwa stated this at the
Etenonyim Family Hall dedication, at Nawfia, Njikoka, LGA, Anambra State.
In an insightful and
spiritually charged discourse, Pastor Ezenwa expounded on the profound
significance of John 1:1-12, emphasizing the transformative power of God's Word
as the guiding light for every believer. According to him, the scripture
underscores that God's Word serves as the indispensable source of illumination
and truth for every child of God.
Pastor Ezenwa expounded on the
concept that being children of God entails embodying the essence of being
children of light. This, he elucidated, implies operating in a realm
characterized by truth and love. He drew attention to the contrast between the
darkness, where negative elements such as hatred, enmity, and delays thrive,
and the illuminated path of truth and love that defines the identity of God's
children.
Pastor Ezenwa asserted that the
foundation of the hall, both physically and spiritually, is firmly anchored in
truth, which is synonymous with light. By aligning the hall's foundation with
the principles of truth, he conveyed the idea that the Etenonyim Family, both
spiritually and within the physical structure, is built upon a solid and
unwavering foundation, rooted in the truth, serves as a beacon guiding
individuals away from the darkness of negativity and towards the brilliance of
God's light.
“Love God with all heart, when
the light of God shed abroad in your heart, with that you won’t hurt your fellow
human beings. Embrace the light which is God’s word. God. With the Light at
work it has dispel all that is contrary to God’s Word. Hearken to God’s Word to
do all that he commanded you to do and then light will terminate every form of
darkness,” he stated.
He commended them on their
decision to dedicate the hall for purposes pleasing to God, noting that such
intention will surely bear fruit that will speak into posterity.
Pst. Ezenwa urged them to stay
strong in their new found path that the Hall’s dedication will bring peace,
open doors and blessing to them as long as they continue to abide by God’s Word.
In her opening remarks, Mrs G.
Etele, appreciated God for making it possible to have the Hall dedicated to the
glory of God. She said as the Israelites
overcame every obstacle even crossing the Red Sea that the hall dedication has
brought God’s glory to the family a change of story.
In his exaltation, Mr. Onochie
Nebolisa said that hence the Hall can be likened to Calvary, a place where love
of God reigns supreme. A sanctuary of love, truth and progress. He noted that Christ projected the greatest
commandment which stands on loving God above every other thing and love for your
fellow humans.
He underscored the paramount
importance of the greatest commandment – to love God above all else and to
extend that love to fellow human beings. In likening the hall to Calvary, he
suggested that it becomes a sacred space where these divine principles are not
only preached but embodied, fostering an environment of genuine love and
camaraderie.
He maintained that true love,
anchored in the principles espoused by Christ, possesses the transformative
power to conquer any and all challenges. By infusing the hall with the spirit
of love, it becomes not only a physical edifice but a living testament to the
enduring impact of authentic, selfless love that extends beyond familial bonds. He prayed that God will continually bless
every of the Etomoyin kindred.
In his request, Mr. Emeka Obike expressed profound gratitude to the Almighty God for the dedicated hall, acknowledging the divine blessings that made the hall dedication possible and prayed that the hall dedication will establish longevity in the family.
In his earnest plea, Mr. Okey
Nebolisa, the Chairman of the Etenonyim kindred, emphasized the paramount
importance of cultivating love and understanding within the family. Recognizing
these qualities as the bedrock of harmonious relationships, Mr. Nebolisa
appealed to each member of the family to foster a spirit of unity and
compassion.
He articulated that a family
bound together by love and understanding becomes a fertile ground for progress
to flourish in every aspect. By encouraging open communication, empathy, and
mutual support, he envisioned a family dynamic where individuals uplift and
empower one another that ushers in progress on all sides.
