Why you should drink enough water

The human body consists of more than 60 percent of water therefore it is necessary to drink enough amount of every day in order to keep the body healthy and stress-free. 


Water has many different health benefits, but not enough people know about all these health benefits.


How you drink water and how much of it you should drink to get the proper benefit of it is important.


It’s important to drink water whenever you feel thirsty. Whenever you feel dehydrated you can drink water, but do not skip drinking water early in the morning. When you wake in the morning don't brush your teeth.


Many people go brush their teeth and drink the water, don't brush, drink water first thing in the morning before you brush your teeth, scientifically it is proven that in the morning it’s very good for the digestive system.


It's essential for the body so what you should do when you wake up is drink water. It can be lukewarm, but sometimes people use lemon to spice it up, as it keeps the digestive system healthy by keeping the intestine freer to pass stool.

First thing drink water early in the morning at least two glasses of it.  If you can, if not at least one glass of water. Also, drink water before food or after food at least 30 before and 45 minutes after. You can stay without food longer than a week, but hard to live without water for than three to four days.


Don’t drink right away after a meal that will keep your digestive system strong so that the food can digest properly and you're not disturbing this process.


How much water to drink? There is no straight answer to that because everyone has a different body ratio - different heights and weights depend on what to eat or drink and on average at least 2.5 or 3 litres per day.

You can get water from vegetables and fruits. If you eat many fruits and vegetables it will aid the function of water in the body system.


Before delving into the benefits of drinking water, you might have been drinking water wrongly. These tips can you correct so that you can get the full benefit from it.


As much as you can do not drink water in a standing position, especially when walking or running as it stirs up the function of your kidney.


 Drinking water in a standing position can hurt the kidney, it makes it difficult to filter water and this can lead to kidney issues and could disturb the fluid balance which may become the reason for joint pain or arthritis.


Drink water in a sitting position as much as you can sip by sip because, in a sitting position, the kidneys are balanced and relaxed because he was supported by your buttocks and by your foot nicely your belly muscles are relaxed.


Second, don’t drink water fast.  they drink. When you drink water fast, the body doesn’t accept and absorb as much as it should.


Not getting enough water to drink can lead to dehydration. Some signs of dehydration are increased thirst, headache, dizziness, urine of a darker hue being tired or sleepy, dry mouth, decreased urine output, and dry skin.


Frequent or regular urination throughout the day indicates that you are getting enough water into your system. If you see that your urine is getting a little dark, be sure to gulp down a tall glass of water.  If you want to lose weight drinking water on an empty stomach helps so much.

1, Helps your immune system: Water is essential to your immune system. Keeping a stable balance of fluids in your body will lead to a reduction in infections.


Drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning will help you strengthen your immune system and lower the chances of sickness.


2. Drinking water helps increase energy because it stimulates the growth of red blood cells. This helps keep you energized throughout the day.


3. Drinking enough water helps with bowel movements. It not only clears your body of toxins but it creates the feeling of needing to pass stools. When your bowel movement gets regularised, you are releasing waste and toxins preferably on a daily basis. Not only does water detox the body, but it also helps reduce swelling and keeps your body clean. 

4. Drinking water first thing in the morning not only eliminates your sleepiness but also helps fill you up so that you don't eat as much, which is a great way to reduce your food intake and cut the pounds if you are trying to lose weight! So, try drinking water to lose weight, because it can help fill you up!


5. Stimulates the growth of red blood cells. Having water on an empty stomach stimulates the growth of red blood cells.


Thus, creating more oxygenated blood and helping you feel energized and refreshed first thing in the morning!


6. Increases your metabolic rate: Drinking hot water is supposed to increase one’s metabolic rate by nearly 24 per cent! This helps your body burn more calories. In turn, this helps you digest and assimilate food much faster and efficiently.


7. Relieves headaches: Headaches in the morning or throughout the day are usually an indicator that you are not having enough water. Having 8 ounces of water or more in the morning can help reduce headaches!


8. Clears your skin: Drinking a sufficient amount of water will help keep your skin clear and glowing. Most of the time, acne originates from irregular bowel movements. Once that is regularized, toxins will begin to leave the body and help you detoxify. This leads to fewer outbreaks and acne.


Drinking water also aids in weight loss because thirst is often mistaken for hunger. When you feel hungry, have some water and see if you still feel the need for food.
